3. Pipe winch production
3.1 production preparation
3.1.1 Wear labor protection articles and prepare production articles.
3.1.2 Receive data in accordance with the production task notification and process documents. Confirm whether the information received is qualified.
3.1.3 Check the transmission conditions of the machine, and add lubricating oil to the transmission gears, joysticks and pipes, steel wire frame bearings and cable screws of the winch.
3.1.4 Press the start switch, run empty, confirm the direction of the tube according to the process, and turn on the official power after the equipment is running normally.
Install the pitch wheel according to the process requirements in 3.1.5. Select the separate body mold and place it in the mold base.
3.1.6 Open the protective cover, first pull the spring latch on the swing side, take out the steel wire shaft from the swing bar respectively, insert it into the whole steel wire disc hole respectively, put it into the swing bar, and lock the bolt.
3.1.7 The blue is equipped with a braking end, contacting the edge of the side plate of the wire plate, and the blue frame is equipped with a tension adjustment nut, and the tension of the wire plate is adjusted according to the diameter of the wire.
3.1.8 The single-line installation of the full-wire disc head on a shelf passes through the empty shaft on the front of the tube, the guide wheel of the tube wall and the steel wire mold of the circular support plate, and then attracts forward along the tube wall, and then leads out from the guide wheel. 3.2.1 Turn on the power supply of the pipe winch.
3.2.2 Press the start switch of the pipe winch, slowly adjust the speed regulating device, adjust the clamp, start the stranded wire (cable core) on the traction line, and stop the machine when it reaches 0.5-1 turn, so as to ensure that the direction, pitch and outer diameter of the stranded wire meet the process requirements. Adjust immediately when not in time, turn on the rear power supply, the stranded wire reaches the tail plate, stop the machine, and eliminate the traction line. Pull the kink (cable core) out of the core of the cable tray and fix it on the edge of the disk.
3.2.3 Adjust the mold to an appropriate position to prevent the phenomenon of jumper or single wire pulling, so as to flatten and round the kink.
